Been going to Pro Auto for a good few years now. I always leave things to the last minute and call at least 4 times a year to book in inspections for my and my partners cars and bikes.. He's always found a way to squeeze me into the books before my rego's expire. I know the guys down there are busy, so I genuinely appreciate the prompt, friendly, honest and reliable service Dale and the crew offer. I won't go anywhere else.

Pro Automotive is great. Dale is a great guy who know his stuff and has always helped me out when he can. Could ask for a better job or owner.

My experience with Dale Farmer at Pro Automotive was exceptional. The air-conditioning system in my car had broken and I wanted to repair it myself if I could. I dropped in without an appointment. Dale genuinely wanted to help me. He removed the gas, gave me a tutorial on how to replace the air-conditioning compressor with a new unit that I had already purchased (even printing instructions for me) and told me to return when I had done the replacement to re-gas. Rather than lecture me about how this task was beyond me and only a mechanic could do it, and charge for it, Dale spent the time with me to empower me to learn a new skill myself. He is truly a trustworthy mechanic and out to help people rather than to purely charge them. I will absolutely be returning to Pro Automotive for future work.
