My experience with Dale Farmer at Pro Automotive was exceptional. The air-conditioning system in my car had broken and I wanted to repair it myself if I could. I dropped in without an appointment. Dale genuinely wanted to help me. He removed the gas, gave me a tutorial on how to replace the air-conditioning compressor with a new unit that I had already purchased (even printing instructions for me) and told me to return when I had done the replacement to re-gas. Rather than lecture me about how this task was beyond me and only a mechanic could do it, and charge for it, Dale spent the time with me to empower me to learn a new skill myself. He is truly a trustworthy mechanic and out to help people rather than to purely charge them. I will absolutely be returning to Pro Automotive for future work.
